Another Portrait of Lisa
Since this week I managed to kill both my digital camera and my laptop this post is photographed and written on my mobile phone. Technology failed me this week so I had to go low tech for this painting. I was working on this image for a screen print but, since I planned on scanning the sketches and importing them into photoshop to manipulate for the screen, I had to abandon that plan. Instead, here I am, using a grainy black and white print out of a reference photo that is trapped on my dead computer, inventing colors and turning this idea into another oil painting.

Check back in a few days and see the final touches on this painting, hopefully, photographed with an actual camera.

I really think this is one of your best Nick. Of course it clearly helps that you are painting Lisa.

Really well done, Nick. I love this one.
Thanks Ari, you will have to come check it out in real life some time soon. Also, I want to see your new work, and your pretty face.
